Our practice hours are very flexible outside our normal opening hours. Lunchtime, late evenings and Saturday appointments are also available. Please check with our receptionist.

Directions

From A10 Northbound/Southbound: Take the A120 eastbound to Bishops Stortford, immediately after exiting the roundabout turn left into Puckeridge and immediately take the first right before the petrol station.
From A120 Westbound: Follow the A120 through the village of Standon heading toward the A10, as you approach the roundabout take the right hand turn oppposite the bus stop into Puckeridge and immediately take the first right before the petrol station.

Emergencies

In case of any dental emergencies, during practice hours please contact the practice immediately. We will always endeavour to see a patient in pain on the same day. If you require emergency treatment outside surgery hours, please telephone the practice for emergency arrangements.

Cancellations

If you have to cancel an appointment, please give us 24 hours notice so that we can offer the time to other patients waiting for treatment.

New Patients

If you are a new patient wishing to join the practice you will need an appointment for an initial introductory consultation. We will do a full dental examination, a gum health assessment, and an oral cancer screening. Using low dose digital x-ray and intra-oral cameras, we will demonstrate to you any problem areas and help you understand treatment options available to you.

You will also be asked to complete a confidential medical history questionnaire. This is important before we plan or start any treatment for you.
